Instock & Pre Order Items
You have 7 working days to return your item from the day of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please email us at CustomerCare@BijouxFurs in the first instance to notify us of the return or exchange. Please them make sure your items are returned as new, unused and with all the tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
The shipping costs for Exchanges & Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please also note that customers outside the EU are responsible for all taxes and duties.
Please note that as these items are made specifically for you we are unable to offer a refund once they have been made. Therefore please ensure that you are 100% happy with your custom order before you purchase. Quality and customer care is our business, so please make sure you contact us if you have any issues.
